By accessing or using SpecGen AI (the "Service"), operated by Project Greenbelt LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpecGen AI is a software-as-a-service platform that generates construction specifications from Autodesk Revit BIM models using artificial intelligence. The Service produces CSI MasterFormat-compliant specification documents based on building element data extracted from user-uploaded models.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • All plans include a 14-day free trial period.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the BIM model data you upload and the specifications generated through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any BIM models and data you submit to the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Specifications generated by SpecGen AI are produced using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in any construction project. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated specification for a specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated specifications before use.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Project Greenbelt LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Greenbelt LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
